The Boat House Restaurant

First day at Eagles Nest Resort, just down the road from The Boat House, also first time at ReelFoot Lake EVER!! Didn't know their hours, came in just at Sunset, waitress was pleasant and friendly and helpful!! We ordered chicken fried steak and it was Awesome!! (We were catching fish, so we didn't want fish) Not very many people, Not busy. Got a beautiful photo of the sunset, First night there from their Beautifully Clean Huge Windows!! Everything was wonderful! *(The cashier could have been a bit more friendly, and could have spoken to us in a friendlier tone.)* But other than that, would recommend 10/10. Found out why he might have been unfriendly... they stayed late to accommodate the few guests that were still there, including us!! Still would recommend 100/100 !! Thanks for feeding us delicious fresh food on our first night, Sorry didn't know the hours

Loved the food, service and how it's decorated. Also, we had a perfect table right by the water.The owners and waitresses are so nice.

We arrive late and we're still seated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view of Reelfoot Lake is stunning. The fish Tacos were delicious. If you are a visitor to the area, this is a must stop.

They had a few issues at breakfast time , they are just starting on serving breakfast so just a few minor details to work out they will definitely get the hang of it . There dinner was awesome . The atmosphere is Beaytiful. Over we will be back ty to all the staff .

The Boathouse has an amazing and unique view of Reelfoot Lake. The view out the back windows at sunset are simply amazing. Try their homemade potato soup or their hush puppies. Both are amazing!!

We are absolutely positive surprised about this place. The grilled catfish was perfect, the side dishes and salad as well. The service was super friendly. We would definately return if we are around again.The homemade chocolate cake was a treat. Love it.

This establishment has changed hands a few times. The current owners have remodeled so that all their guests can see the sensational views of Realfoot Lake!Our visit hosted exceptional great food.My fish fillet plate was hot, cooked perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection! Others at our table enjoyed a delicious Steak and grilled chicken breast.The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a must stop on your vacation trip!In my opinion, they are as good as the other more established restaurants that have been on the lake because of the view and service we received.Stay consistent and we will keep coming back!!

We enjoy eating at the Boat House in Samburg. The atmosphere is friendly. The service is good and the views of the lake are amazing. My meal was the fried chicken salad and my husband ate the Philly Cheese hoagie. Both were delicious! The fries are seasoned & came out hot! We ate for under 30!!!! Can’t beat that!
